The known BorkumAuthor and historian Gregor Ulsamer leads a tour of the Water Museum in and around the former water tower. He explains, among other things, the connection between the tower, built in 1900, and growing tourism. He explains why it was necessary to build multi-story hotels to accommodate increasing visitor numbers.
