Wattloopke – The mudflat hike on Borkum
Come along on an exciting mudflat hike in the UNESCO World Heritage Wadden Sea!
During the mudflat hike, I'll show you the fascinating habitat between high and low tide – with all its shells, worms, birds, plants, and other mudflat inhabitants. Together we'll explore who lives here, what's hidden in the mud, and why the mudflats are so valuable.
With a good dose of humor and entertaining anecdotes, I bring the Wadden Sea closer to children and adults in a very special way.
Dogs are allowed upon request.
Note: Tour start coordinated with the timetable of the BorkumThe narrow-gauge railway. Bus tickets are available online or from the bus driver (not included in the price).
